30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Elixi ritual. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price of your order.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@tryelixi.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
2. Include your order number and a short note on why the product wasn't right for you.
3. We'll confirm your request within 2 business days. If we need the product sent back, we'll email you return instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
